Thank you! this help. For apparent no reason my printer forgot my computer and it doesn't seem to see it after search. This even though I can print from computer just fine, and I used scan to computer feature before. All my finding only lead to absolutely beginner troubleshoots: plug in the print...make sure wifi is available...make sure software is up to date...

I only want to print in black and white. In the app I select black and white, but thr printer blinks colour. How to change that?

Hi, Is it possible to print if you only have a black cartridge? Or do you also need the colour cartridge?

My printer head compartment won't move to the center it's brand new and I can't install print heads

It will also give you the EO error if you no longer en rolled in the service and you can't use the cartridges

When printing with wifi you have to enable your location gps. Else it won't work.

i tried this but it didnt work for me i have a pixma mg3620 i used on my last laptop it crashed i purchased an ASUS vivobook, a gaming laptop.. the only one i could afford! it was regularly around 745.00 but was on sale for 300 and change so i bought it. it was then i realized that there was no cd player where i could use my disc to download the printer. i clicked on the link you provided but no printer is detected when i hit redirect it asks if i want to setup via a usb port. i dont know how to do that but what i wanted was just for my kaptop to recognize a printer download drivers and use the darn thing! any thoughts or suggestions?

Oh my God how many nervous breakdowns has this man helped t avoid? Leave color cartridge sit in the shallow hand hot water as long as possible but probably not overnight. Worked perfectly following instructions above all the ways to soaking but obviously you dry it as best you can (and you do waste ink) before putting it back in. Thank you so much

This is a top quality review. If you print 10 pages with just one line of text on them, it counts towards your monthly total in Instant Ink. Whereas the same job on an Ecotank printer would cost practically nothing.

From the Side by side comparison, it looks like the 1300 has slightly better picture quality. If you look at the window in the background youll see the 1300 has more detail because the highlights arent as completely blown out. You can see the bars.

I been eagarlty waiting to buy this machine, but then I saw the print head cartridges looks just like the ink catridges, so now I am worried if the print head is consumable and I have toagain spend a fortune replacing it..

I have a Brother MFC-J870DW and the paper was coming out blank. The cleaning function is located by tapping on the ink icon for this model. I had to clean mine 20+ times, but it worked. Thanks!

Thanks for your video, but my scanner still not working after this actions. I don't know why. When I open scan app and pressing Scan button, app just writes that scanning but actually doesn't scan. Also I can't see preview Using Lide 400 on Mac OS 14.5 (Macbook Air)
